How to order?

– From the item page, select the desired color and size of the product.
– Add the product to your Shopping Cart.
– Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart.
– Select a payment method.
– Enter your shipping details and your payment details.
– Check that the information you entered is correct and click on “Proceed to checkout”.

After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your DHL/UPS tracking number.

How do I know my size and where can I find the size and fit information?

What is Made-to-Order?

A Made-to-Order item is made based on customer specifications or measurements; Made-to-Order items are custom-made only after an order has been requested.Once an order has been placed,Client Services will contact you to confirm your order details and payment. Please note that once a Made-to-Order item has been submitted,it cannot be canceled,modified or returned for a refund.

Based on the status of your order, we will make every effort to assist with your request. Depending on the order and style, our products will take time to up to 10 business days to deliver.Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped,not when it is placed.

We are not responsible for any charges that may be subject to a charge when an order is shipped internationally,customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

The way our company is being “green” is by upcycling fabrics,paying workers a living wage, give them safe, healthy working conditions and monitoring  the environmental impact, by taking care to use more sustainable materials and reduce resource use throughout their products’ life cycle.

Upcycling is a process of reusing the fabrics that are no longer in use and are about to be disposed,turning them into something else.They are upgraded and remanufactured in a way that increases their value, quality and lifetimes of materials and products, by reducing waste and encouraging sustainable consumer behaviour.

Slow Fashion refers to the style, design and quality of the garment, as well as the intention behind how it was made.Slow fashion garments  are made by hand, consume time to produce, use artistic talent, have better quality and are truly ageless.
